Privacy notice

Short, because we collect very little. The data controller is Forge Horizons by Mike Stranger Ltd.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote request: the part numbers you need, your company, your name, email, phone and delivery location, and any notes you add. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your details with anyone other than the supplier we need to source your part from.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, supply the goods, and keep the records a UK company is required to keep for tax and accounting. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry you sent us.

How long

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to an actual sale are kept for seven years, as UK tax law requires.

Who else sees it

Our email provider (Resend) and our payment provider (Stripe) process data on our behalf. When we source a part, we pass the supplier the part number and the delivery address — never your contact details unless you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email maurokolomi@gmail.comand we will action it within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we handled it.
