How we are different from a listing site

• Condition is a contract term, not a adjective. Every item is sold as new surplus, refurbished, used and tested, or used and untested — stated in writing before you pay, and printed on the invoice.
• We will not sell you untested stock for a stopped line. If the only unit we can find is unverified, we say so rather than gamble your restart on it.
• A fast no. If we cannot source it we tell you within hours, so you can spend your time somewhere that can.
• 30-day functional warranty on everything we supply, with a full refund on anything that arrives misdescribed.

How it works

1. Send the part number — no account, no sign-up.
2. We check our vetted surplus network and come back with price, condition and a despatch date confirmed with the supplier.
3. You accept the quote and pay by invoice. Payment in full before despatch, so there is no credit application and no account to open.
4. Goods ship direct to your plant, tracked, insured for full declared value.
