How it works

No account, no credit application, no minimum order. Send a part number, get a straight answer.

1. You send the part number

Through the request form or by email. Tell us if the line is stopped — urgent enquiries jump the queue, and that is the whole reason we exist.

2. We source it and confirm the condition

We work a vetted network of surplus dealers, refurbishers and liquidators. We do not hold stock, which is what lets us offer parts the manufacturer withdrew years ago. Before quoting you, we confirm with the supplier in writing what the item actually is:

New, sealedFactory sealed, original packaging
New surplusUnused; packaging may be opened or absent
RefurbishedReworked and functionally tested by the supplying vendor
Used, testedPowered up and functionally tested by the supplying vendor
Used, untestedSold as-is for parts or repair

That wording goes on your invoice as a contractual term. We will not describe an item as tested when we have not been told, in writing, that it was — and we will not supply untested stock into a stopped line at all.

3. You accept the quote and pay

Payment in full before despatch, by invoice your purchasing system can process. That is how we avoid credit applications, account opening and the week they normally cost you. Your PO number goes on the invoice.

4. It ships direct to your plant

Priority courier, tracked, insured for full declared value, shipped direct from the source so nothing is lost to an extra leg through a warehouse. You get tracking the moment it is collected.

What you are buying, honestly

The full terms of sale set all of this out properly.
